The team at PPS work together combining a wealth of property maintenance knowledge and experience spanning over 40 years. We're a forward thinking company operating on modern principles and values, who understand the needs of our clients.
We are an established, insured and registered business with full clean police clearances, and an ABN. Our client base includes local home owners, real estates, commercial and industrial property owners.
We are based in Woodvale, and provide maintenance services from Perth City up to Yanchep. Our team are spread out amongst the northern suburbs meaning we always have someone on hand to attend to your inquiry quickly and efficiently.

OUR FEES
For general maintenance we charge a $60+gst call out fee then $20+gst for each 15 minutes thereafter.
Quotes are free on bigger jobs, but if there is a degree of fault finding involved a fee may be applied.
